The Black Widow is part of the S.H.I.E.L.D. group. She is a world-class athlete and gymnast, an expert in martial arts (including karate, judo, savate, various styles of kung fu and boxing, a markswoman and a specialist in weapons; as well as having extensive training in espionage. Her weapons are a few bracelets that shoot "the widow’s bite", an explosion of electrostatic energy which can charge up to 30,000 volts. As well as that she also uses "the widow line" which includes hooks and tear gas, along with a new element included in the current series, Kiss or Kill, called the “Widow’s Kiss”: an instant knock-out gas. In, The Winter Soldier, she joins Captain America, wrapped in a web of intrigue that represents a threat to the world and later to Hawk Eye. The three will have to face an extraordinary and unexpected enemy: The Winter Soldier.
