Right of withdrawal

The User has recognised the right of withdrawal of the purchase made through the website www.funidelia.ie, being able to return a product, in the case of not being satisfied, within a maximum time period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day that you or a third party, indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should notify us at FUNIGLOBAL DEVELOPMENT S.L. Calle Bari, 28. Nave H - Plataforma Logística Plaza - 50197 - Zaragoza - Spain or write to us using our contact form with your withdrawal decision using a clear statement (for example, a letter sent via mail or an email using the form). You could use this model withdrawal form, although you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the corresponding time period has expired (14 calendar days).

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the case of withdrawal on your part, we will return all payment to you, including delivery fees (with the exception of additional charges selected by yourself such as a different type of delivery instead of the more economical standard delivery that we offer) without unnecessary delay and in any case, during a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date that you inform us of your decision to terminate the current contract and providing the previous receipt of the goods or products subject to withdrawal. We will go on to complete the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have otherwise expressly stated doing so; in any case, there will be no costs incurred as a result of a refund.

We will be able to withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have presented evidence of having sent back the goods, or whichever occurrence happens first.

You should send the goods back to Funiglobal - DHL Solutions GmbH, Barentsstr. 24, 53881 Euskirchen, Germany, with no unnecessary delay and in any case, during a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date that you inform us of your decision to terminate the contract. The deadline shall be considered as met if the consumer sends back the goods before the 14 day period has finished. All costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the client.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods as a result of having been handled in a manner other than that necessary for ascertaining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How we determine the diminished value of the goods

In order to establish the nature, the characteristics and the function of the goods, the consumer should only handle and inspect the goods (i) with appropriate care and (ii) in the same manner he would be allowed to do so in a shop. All handling or inspection of the goods that becomes excessive could cause the value of the goods to decrease, so we would be authorised to carry out a deduction of the corresponding refund for the received payment. How much we will decrease the value of the refund by will be determined case by case. The consumer can open the packaging and inspect the fabrics and colours of the goods with utmost care, making sure not to break the box on opening. If the box is broken, we will conclude that the value of the goods has decreased. We would like to remind you that, during the time that the goods are in your ownership and until you return them to us, you will be held responsible for the goods and as a result, responsible for any damage that should happen to them.

Common regulations

You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the object supplied is one of the following products:

- Customised articles or made to measure

- Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery

Your right to withdraw from the contract will be exclusively applied to the products that are returned in the same condition that you received them in. The consumer will not receive a refund if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of it, or for products that are not in the same condition that they were delivered in or that have suffered damage, which is why the consumer must be careful with the product/s while they are in his possession.

After examining the article, we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Delivery refunds can only be complete when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal time period and all the articles that make up the order have been returned. In case there is an error in the contents of the returns packet to no fault of Funidelia, we will be authorised to charge you the additional costs if it is possible to arrange returning the packet back to your attention. In any event, the rights and recognised actions are reserved by the existing legislation.

Return of faulty products

With our after-sales service we try to offer fast and effective attention to our clients with the objective of solving any problems with our articles or orders.

If you observe any malfunction at the time of delivery immediately contact us via mail as two (2) working days after receiving the product we will no longer accept transport related complaints.

If the consumer should think at the time of delivery that the product does not match what is stipulated in the contract, he should contact us immediately via our contact methods providing the product information and the damage that has occured.

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will contact you via email within a reasonable time and where appropriate refund or provide a replacement of the same item. The refund or replacement of the article will take place as soon as possible and in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send a confirmation email proceeding the refund or the replacement of the non-compliant article.

The amount paid for the products that have been returned as the result of a defect, that has occurred, will be fully refunded, including delivery fees to deliver the article and the costs that you have incurred returning the item to us. The return will be made using the same payment method that you used to buy the items.
